3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Handling quotation enquiries — contact information, enquiry details and any files you provide are processed to prepare a quotation and take steps before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Traffic statistics and analysis — page views are recorded to help improve the website. The statistics use a daily SHA256 hash derived from the IP address and browser information. This is pseudonymisation, not a guarantee of anonymity. The IP address is also sent to ip-api.com to determine an approximate location.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, restrict its processing and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
