About this project
This forged floor lamp combines traditional blacksmithing with functional lighting. It stands 81 cm high on a stable base 33 cm in diameter, with hand-shaped leaves and a textured rim that resembles twisted rope. The main support is made from solid steel section bent into a flowing Art Nouveau curve. A hexagonal lantern shade hangs from the scroll at the top.

The lamp is made entirely in a traditional forge. A master blacksmith makes each component by hand, including the forged side fittings on the lantern and the repoussé leaves on the base. These details give each lamp its own character.
