About this component
This decorative steel railhead serves a decorative and protective purpose in architectural and artistic metalwork. It is mainly used to cap balusters in contemporary and traditional driveway gates, stair railings, balcony railings and fence panels. The steel casting offers excellent weldability, making fabrication and assembly faster and easier.
Sold and supplied unfinished (bare steel, neither painted nor galvanised). The listed price is for the unfinished component with standard catalogue specifications. Its bare surface allows direct welding and installation in structures such as railings, gates and fencing. Any corrosion protection (such as hot-dip galvanising) and finishing (such as powder coating in a RAL colour or patination) must be arranged separately after the entire structure has been welded.
