This smooth solid steel ball is a high-quality metalworking component widely used in making and finishing steel structures. It is particularly suitable as a decorative finial for bars, posts or railing balusters. Sold and supplied unfinished (bare steel, unpainted and ungalvanised). The listed price is for the unfinished component with standard catalogue specifications. The unfinished surface allows direct welding and installation in structures such as railings, gates and fences. Any corrosion protection (hot-dip galvanising) and coating (such as powder coating in a RAL colour or patination) must be arranged separately after the entire structure has been welded.
