About this component
This heavy steel railing post is a structural component, typically used at the beginning and end of steel balustrades to support sturdy handrails. It is suitable for residential and industrial projects, including fences and stair and balcony railings.
Sold and supplied unfinished, in bare steel without paint or galvanising. The shop price covers the unfinished component with standard catalogue specifications. The unfinished component can be welded and fitted directly into the structure. Arrange any corrosion protection, such as hot-dip galvanising, and any powder coating in a RAL colour or patination separately after the entire assembly has been welded.
