About this component
This profiled square steel cover plate is a forged finishing component for steel assemblies. It conceals fixings, anchor bolts and welds at the base of railing, gate and fence posts for a neat, consistent appearance.
Supplied unfinished, in unpainted and ungalvanised steel for direct welding and fitting into steel assemblies. The price covers the unfinished component with standard catalogue specifications. The unfinished surface allows welding and fitting without removing factory protective coatings.
Arrange any corrosion protection, including hot-dip galvanising, and any powder coating in any RAL colour or patination separately after the entire assembly has been welded.
