This rectangular steel base cover is a precisely made metalwork component for concealing anchor points at railing posts, gates, fences and other steel assemblies. Its geometric stepped profile complements contemporary and classic architecture.

For corrosion protection, the cover can be professionally hot-dip galvanised, creating a durable zinc layer that protects the steel against rust. Optional powder coating in a chosen RAL colour can coordinate it with its setting and improve surface resistance to external conditions.
The component is suitable for welding, allowing straightforward fitting and a secure, durable connection to the assembly. Patination provides an additional finish with an aged appearance.
