About this component
This steel electric strike housing is designed for access-control systems in pedestrian gates and driveway gates. Its two-part construction combines a hollow-section body with an angle section forming the stop, making it suitable for both right-hand and left-hand doors. Mounting holes allow fixing to masonry posts or steel frames, while cut-outs on both sides accommodate electric strikes from various manufacturers. Supplied in bare steel without paint or galvanising for welding and fabrication as part of the fence assembly. Arrange any corrosion protection and final painting separately after installation.
