About this component
This steel lock case is designed for welding into pedestrian gates, gates and steel doors. It provides a sturdy, neat lock mounting and helps protect the mechanism from mechanical damage and weather.
The component is sold and supplied unfinished, in bare, unpainted and ungalvanised steel. The shop price covers the unfinished component with standard catalogue specifications. The unfinished component can be welded and fitted directly into railings, gates or fences. Arrange any corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanising and any finish, such as powder coating in a RAL colour or patination, separately after welding the entire structure.
