This forged pendant lamp combines traditional craftsmanship with modern fabrication and surface protection. Its classically inspired structure features precisely formed details.
Manufacturing process:
- Traditional forging: Each lamp component is hand-formed at the anvil and forge hearth, creating an individual character and a durable structure.
- Material: Solid steel with 12x12 mm structural sections and decorative stems 10 mm in diameter.
- Dimensions: Height 50 cm, width 32 cm.
- Weight: Approx. 10 kg.
Corrosion protection and surface finish:
- Hot-dip galvanising: Protects the steel against corrosion for long service life under different conditions.
- Powder coating: A durable decorative finish with added resistance to mechanical wear and outdoor exposure.
- Finish options: Optional patination, for example in gold tones, adds an individual character.
