About this project
This decorative fencing system is made using traditional artistic blacksmithing. Flowing organic scrolls, climbing vines, hand-forged leaves and flower buds along the upper edges draw on Art Nouveau. A symmetrical forged rosette at the centre of the gate conceals the joint between the leaves.
Technical and structural specifications:
- Main frame: rigid hollow steel sections to maintain leaf geometry under static and dynamic loads.
- Artistic infill: solid steel bars, hand-textured and hot-bent.
- Lower protective section: a close diagonal flat-bar lattice decorated with forged flower rosettes at the intersections.
- The set includes a double-leaf gate prepared for automation, a lockable pedestrian gate and a matching fence panel.
Corrosion protection and finish:
Hot-dip galvanising in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461 protects the steel, including the interiors of hollow sections. Powder coating completes the DUPLEX system, providing resistance to UV, mechanical wear and changing weather. A deep matt finish is available with optional artistic patination.

Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
