About this project
Open views and delicate steelwork
Vertical bars and a gently curved top frame give the design a quiet outline. Branching botanical motifs spread across the centre of the leaves, with a continuous band of forged scrolls along the bottom. The open steelwork preserves the view of the garden and the house surroundings.
In the installation shown, the black gate stands alongside pale stone and tall trees. The pedestrian gate has a more compact, upright ornament, while the fence panel repeats the spacing of the bars and the lower decorative band. The individual pieces share the same outline and detailing.
Manufacture and fitting
We make this design to measure in galvanised, powder-coated steel. At the order stage we agree the leaf widths, opening direction and the method of fixing to the posts. We discuss automation and matching fence components during design.
Guide price and quotation
The guide price covers 1 linear metre of gate up to 1.5 m high at the post, including galvanising and powder coating.
The final quotation accounts for the dimensions, leaf arrangement, fittings and installation conditions. We confirm the scope of the pedestrian gate, fence panels and automation individually when the order is placed.

How your project takes shape
Site survey and design
Site survey and adaptation to the ground profile.
Forging and welding
Hand-forming steel in a traditional forge and fitting the gate leaves.
Galvanising and painting
Immersion at 450°C (ISO 1461) plus oven-cured powder coating.
Installation and automation
Resin anchoring without welding at the customer’s property.
Construction details
Hand-forged steel
Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
