About this project
This swing gate combines sturdy wrought metal with natural timber infill for a refined appearance. Rich grapevine and leaf decoration suits classic and residential settings.
Every decorative and structural steel component is made by traditional hand forging. Hot working at the forge and anvil creates individual details together with the strength and formability of the material.
Metal components receive hot-dip galvanising for lasting weather and corrosion resistance. Immersion in molten zinc creates an even, durable protective layer on the steel.
Powder coating is applied electrostatically and cured in an oven. It provides strong adhesion and resistance to mechanical damage, UV radiation and temperature changes. A broad RAL palette allows coordination with the façade and fencing.
Timber infill is available in different species and shades. It is treated against moisture and pests to improve the durability of the complete gate.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
