About this project
This double-leaf wrought driveway swing gate has classic styling with ornamental features for a timeless, elegant appearance. Hand-forged steel sections provide both visual quality and strength.
Production follows traditional blacksmithing techniques. Decorative components are shaped hot on the anvil with specialist tools, creating individual, precise details that reflect skilled craftsmanship.
For lasting corrosion protection, the gate receives hot-dip galvanising. Immersion in liquid zinc forms a durable protective alloy layer on the steel, providing weather resistance and extending service life.
After galvanising, powder coating is applied electrostatically and cured in an oven at high temperature. The even, scratch- and UV-resistant coating comes in a broad colour range, adding corrosion protection and an attractive appearance.
The gate is bolted to posts using expansion fixings, chemical anchors or metal anchors. Avoiding on-site welding helps prevent local corrosion at joints and preserve the protective coating.

The gate is compatible with commercially available driveway gate automation systems, allowing straightforward integration with swing-gate operators.

Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
