Every structural and decorative component is made using traditional techniques. Hand forging at the anvil and forge shapes the steel precisely, giving the details individual character and strength.
Hot-dip galvanising protects the gate against corrosion. Immersion of the finished assembly in molten zinc forms a durable protective layer for lasting weather resistance.
Powder coating provides the final attractive appearance and deep colour while adding protection. It increases resistance to scratching, UV radiation and mechanical damage, helping preserve the finish with less frequent maintenance.
Sliding and swing versions can be made to suit the property’s space and functional requirements. The gate is bolted to sturdy expansion fixings, chemical anchors or metal anchors. On-site welding is avoided to prevent local corrosion and preserve strong, durable joints.
