Form and character

About this project

This wrought driveway gate in a double-leaf swing configuration combines traditional craftsmanship with modern protective treatments. Classic styling with symmetrical ornamental forged components suits timeless residential architecture.

Every structural component, including intricate forged decoration, is made through traditional artistic blacksmithing. Skilled craftspeople heat the metal at the forge and shape it on the anvil for individual, strong details.

Hot-dip galvanising provides durability and weather resistance. The complete steel assembly is immersed in molten zinc to form a bonded protective layer for lasting corrosion protection.

Powder coating in the selected colour gives an even, attractive finish and an additional durable protective layer resistant to mechanical damage, UV radiation and fading.

Proven expansion fixings, chemical anchors or metal anchors avoid the need for on-site welding, helping preserve the protective coating and appearance. Dimensions and configuration can be adapted to individual requirements, including swing or sliding versions and customer-specified projects.
