About this project
The swing gate has a classic decorative style that suits traditional architecture. Its sturdy, attractive construction creates a coherent entrance alongside the surrounding fence.
Every structural and decorative component is made using traditional techniques. Hand forging at the anvil and forge shapes the steel precisely, giving the details individual character and strength.
Hot-dip galvanising protects the gate from corrosion and the weather over the long term. Immersion in molten zinc forms a thick, even protective coating bonded to the steel.
After galvanising, powder coating provides a durable, attractive finish in a broad colour range. The coating resists mechanical damage, UV radiation and changing weather conditions, extending the service life of the gate.
The gate is installed using expansion fixings, chemical anchors or metal anchors. On-site welding is avoided to preserve the protective coatings and prevent local corrosion. Adaptation for gate automation is available.

Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
