About this project
This driveway gate has classic styling with intricate forged details. Sturdy metal sections are complemented by decorative spiral bars and rich ornamentation topped with finials, reinforcing its traditional character.
Each detail reflects precise blacksmithing. Scrolls, spirals and finials are hand-shaped at a traditional forge and anvil, giving them individual character and a carefully crafted finish.
The gate receives a two-stage protective treatment for long-term weather and corrosion resistance:
- Hot-dip galvanising: Immersion in molten zinc forms a durable protective coating bonded to the steel, providing long-term corrosion protection.
- Powder coating: After galvanising, powder paint is applied electrostatically and cured at high temperature. This provides an even, smooth, attractive coating resistant to mechanical damage, UV radiation and the weather.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
