About this project
This classic wrought driveway swing gate with ornamentation combines sturdy traditional craftsmanship with modern metal protection. Symmetrical forms, elegant forged decoration and bars topped with finials create a classic blacksmithing design.
The manufacturing process includes:
- Traditional artistic forging: Each component is hand-shaped at the anvil and forge for individual, strong details and a carefully crafted finish.
- Hot-dip galvanising: A zinc coating provides comprehensive corrosion protection, shielding the steel against rust and extending service life.
- Powder coating: Applied electrostatically after galvanising and thermally cured, it provides a durable, attractive finish resistant to mechanical damage, UV radiation and demanding weather. Standard or custom colours are available.
The gate is bolted to expansion fixings, chemical anchors or metal anchors without on-site welding to help prevent local corrosion. A sliding version can be made to individual requirements, with full integration with gate automation.

Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
