About this project
This wrought garden gate combines traditional artistic blacksmithing with modern metal protection. Its classic ornamental style features rich spiral motifs and a central arch.
The decorative components are hand-forged at the anvil and forge, giving each detail individual character and durability. Traditional metalworking combines an attractive appearance with strength for lasting use.
Hot-dip galvanising provides corrosion protection. Immersing the assembly in liquid zinc creates a durable, continuous coating resistant to rust and weather exposure. The galvanised surface is then carefully prepared for finishing.
Powder coating adds the chosen colour and an elegant finish. The even, smooth coating resists scratching, UV radiation and demanding weather, further protecting the gate and its appearance.
The gate mounts using expansion fixings or chemical or metal anchors. On-site welding is avoided to prevent local corrosion at welds and preserve a continuous protective coating.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
