About this project
This durable steel wrought pedestrian gate has classic styling. Its main decoration is a central circle with carefully crafted stylised ears of grain, complemented by decorative finials and scrolls along the top for a timeless appearance.
The manufacturing process includes:
- Traditional forging: Skilled blacksmiths hand-shape each component at the anvil and forge for individual details and sturdy construction in the tradition of artistic blacksmithing.
- Hot-dip galvanising: The specified zinc coating is 60 to 120 micrometres thick, forming a durable barrier against rust, salt and moisture to extend service life.
- Powder coating: The final finish resists scratches, UV radiation and changing weather. Powder paint is applied electrostatically and cured in an oven for an even coating and lasting colour.
The gate is designed and made to order, allowing dimensions and details to match the architectural and design requirements of the property for lasting durability, security and an attractive entrance.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
