About this project
This classic wrought pedestrian gate provides an attractive, durable property entrance. Hand-forged scrolls and curved bars form a balanced composition inspired by traditional blacksmithing. Sturdy steel components are heated at the forge and shaped on the anvil for individual character and strength.
The manufacturing process includes:
- Traditional artistic forging: Skilled blacksmiths carefully form the details using authentic craft techniques.
- Hot-dip galvanising: The entire assembly is galvanised for lasting corrosion protection against the weather. The specified zinc coating is at least 50 µm thick, protecting the steel against rust and extending service life.
- Powder coating: Applied after galvanising, powder coating provides an attractive finish and an additional protective layer. A broad RAL colour range allows coordination with the surroundings.
The gate is designed for mounting on masonry or steel posts for a stable, practical property entrance.

Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
