About this project
This wrought property gate with a pedestrian gate reflects classic artistic blacksmithing. Richly decorated leaves feature delicate ornamental components and stylised finials, carefully crafted to traditional designs.
The manufacturing process includes:
- Traditional forging: All metal components are hand-shaped at the anvil and forge, giving the construction the individual appearance and strength of handcrafted metalwork.
- Hot-dip galvanising for corrosion protection: After shaping, the assembly is immersed in liquid zinc. The thick, durable protective layer shields the steel from corrosion and weather exposure for lasting service life.
- Powder-coated surface finish: The selected colour, such as antique bronze or matt black, is combined with a hard yet flexible coating. It resists mechanical damage, UV radiation and chemicals, helping retain colour intensity and a smooth surface.

Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
