About this project
This double-leaf wrought driveway gate features classic ornamentation with symmetrical scrolls and precisely crafted decorative components. Traditional blacksmithing shapes create a metal structure suited to properties with classic architecture.
Production uses traditional steel forging at the forge and anvil. Each component is individually hand-shaped for mechanical strength, distinctive character and a high-quality, sturdy construction.
For lasting corrosion protection, all steel components receive hot-dip galvanising. A thick, continuous zinc layer shields the metal from moisture and weather exposure, extending service life and reducing maintenance.
Powder coating provides the final decorative finish and additional corrosion protection. Applied electrostatically and cured at high temperature, it forms a smooth, scratch- and UV-resistant surface. Classic black is standard, with other RAL colours available.

Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
