About this project
This garden gate combines skilled blacksmithing with practical function. Rich openwork infill features intricate forged spirals and botanical motifs inspired by classic decorative styles.
Every structural and decorative component is made using traditional techniques. Hand forging at the anvil and forge shapes the steel precisely, giving the details individual character and strength.
Hot-dip galvanising protects the gate for lasting outdoor use. Immersion in liquid zinc creates an even, continuous protective coating that shields the steel against corrosion.
Powder coating provides an attractive finish resistant to mechanical damage, UV radiation and changing weather. The coating is designed to retain a deep colour and resist peeling and fading over time.
The gate is fitted using screws or anchors to preserve the protective coating. On-site welding is avoided to prevent local corrosion at joints and support lasting durability.

Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
