About this project
This decorative wrought pedestrian gate combines artistic craftsmanship with practical function. Classic detailing includes intricate scrolls and a central botanical motif in the upper section, suited to residential architecture. The lower section has a sturdy diamond lattice infill for a defined, secure entrance.
The manufacturing process includes:
- Traditional artistic forging: Every decorative and structural component is hand-shaped hot on the anvil for strength, precise detail and individual craftsmanship.
- Hot-dip galvanising for corrosion protection: The whole assembly is immersed in molten zinc to PN-EN ISO 1461. A thick, durable coating provides long-term protection against corrosion and weather exposure.
- Powder-coated surface finish: After galvanising, polyester powder coating creates an even, smooth surface resistant to abrasion, scratches and UV radiation. A broad RAL colour range is available.
Every project is made to order, allowing dimensions and details to be matched to the customer’s requirements.

Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
