About this project
This double-leaf wrought driveway gate with grapevine decoration combines precise craftsmanship with a refined appearance. Classic botanical motifs feature hand-shaped vine leaves and bunches of grapes.
Traditional forge and anvil work creates individual details and organic shapes characteristic of handcrafted metalwork. Each component is shaped separately, giving the gate its own character.
The gate receives a two-stage protective treatment for long-term weather and corrosion resistance:
- Hot-dip galvanising: The complete steel assembly receives a thick, even zinc coating, creating a durable barrier against corrosion and rust.
- Powder coating: After galvanising, charged powder particles are applied to the metal and cured at high temperature. The coating resists mechanical damage, UV radiation and corrosion, providing a durable, attractive antique-gold finish with subtle accents.
The gate can be mounted using expansion fixings, chemical anchors or metal anchors. Installation avoids on-site welding to limit local corrosion. Swing and sliding versions can be made to suit technical requirements and customer preferences, with bespoke projects also available.

Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
