Every component is traditionally forged. The metal is heated in a forge and then hand-shaped on an anvil, producing the individual texture and strength characteristic of handcrafted work.

The gate receives a two-stage protective treatment for long-term weather and corrosion resistance:

• Hot-dip galvanising: The complete assembly is immersed in hot molten zinc. This forms a durable iron-zinc alloy layer on the steel, providing an effective corrosion barrier and long-term rust protection.
• Powder coating: Powder paint is applied electrostatically after galvanising and then cured in an oven. It creates an even, smooth coating resistant to mechanical damage. A broad RAL colour range allows coordination with the surroundings.

The craftsmanship and protective treatment are designed to preserve the appearance and function of the gate over many years while reducing maintenance needs.
