About this project
Design: Classic artistic blacksmithing uses organic, nature-inspired forms. Intricate grapevine motifs, including leaves and grapes, create a light, refined appearance. A sturdy structural frame complements delicate hand-curved ornamental components in a coherent design.
Production: Every component is made using traditional blacksmithing, hand-shaping steel on the anvil after heating in the forge. This creates individual, precise details and durable, carefully crafted forms characteristic of handmade work.
Corrosion protection and surface finish: Hot-dip galvanising provides lasting corrosion protection. The zinc coating thickness follows EN ISO 1461, forming a durable weather barrier. Powder coating then adds an attractive finish and resistance to mechanical damage and UV radiation, with strong adhesion and flexibility.

Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
