About this project
This carefully crafted classic wrought garden gate combines the elegance of traditional artistic blacksmithing with practical function. Hand-shaped spirals and a geometric lattice pattern in the lower section give it a timeless appearance.
Every component is made through traditional forging at the forge and anvil. Precise hand-shaping gives the steel its individual texture and the strength characteristic of handcrafted work.
Hot-dip galvanising protects the gate for durable outdoor use. The specified zinc coating is at least 80 microns thick, providing lasting corrosion protection and reducing maintenance requirements.
After galvanising, the gate receives a powder coating. This provides an even, attractive surface and an additional protective barrier, increasing resistance to scratches and UV radiation.
The gate mounts using expansion fixings or chemical or metal anchors. On-site welding is avoided to prevent coating damage and the local corrosion it could cause.

Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
