About this project
This sturdy double-leaf driveway gate has a classic ornamental style. Intricately forged, symmetrically arranged steel components create an attractive, functional boundary.
Traditional artistic blacksmithing is used throughout. Every metal component is hand-shaped at the forge and anvil, producing distinctive, strong joints and ornamentation. Hand forging gives scrolls and botanical motifs the precision of historical designs.
All gate components are hot-dip galvanised for corrosion protection. The zinc coating, applied to PN-EN ISO 1461, provides lasting protection for the steel against the weather and corrosion over many years.
The final surface finish is powder coating. It forms an even coating resistant to mechanical damage and UV radiation, available in a broad range of RAL colours for an attractive, easy-to-maintain finish.
The gate is fitted to its supporting posts using expansion fixings, chemical anchors or metal anchors. Installation avoids on-site welding, helping prevent local corrosion and preserve the protective coating for stable, long-term use.

Surface protection

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
