About this project
This wrought steel pedestrian gate is designed for durable, attractive residential entrances. Rich ornamentation includes grapevine and leaf details, intricate scrolls and twisted components in a Neo-Baroque style.
Each component is made by traditional hand forging. The anvil and forge are used to hand-shape the steel after heating. This produces individual, precise details. The process gives the components mechanical strength and durability.
The gate receives a two-stage protective treatment for long-term weather and corrosion resistance:
- Hot-dip galvanising provides lasting corrosion protection. Immersion in molten zinc forms a thick protective coating. The adherent metallic coating is approximately 70-100 μm thick. It protects against weather exposure and galvanic corrosion.
- The final surface finish is powder coating. Polymer powder paint is applied and cured in an oven at high temperature. The finish resists abrasion, UV radiation, mechanical damage. The colour can be selected to suit the project. The colour and texture can include antique bronze with a patina.

Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
