About this project
This residential pedestrian gate is made using traditional artistic blacksmithing, with classic styling and rich botanical ornamentation.
Main technical features:
- Material: Quality steel, hand-shaped from 14x14 mm bar.
- Style: Classic with Neo-Romanesque elements, rose motifs and delicate forged scrolls.
- Each component is made by traditional hand forging. The anvil and forge are used to hand-shape the steel after heating. This produces individual, precise details. The process gives the components mechanical strength and durability.
- Hot-dip galvanising provides lasting corrosion protection. A durable zinc coating protects the steel against rust. This protects the steel from weather exposure and extends service life.
- Powder coating provides an attractive final finish. Powder paint is applied. A broad RAL colour range is available. It also adds a further protective layer.

Hand-forged steel
Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
