About this project
This wrought driveway swing gate has classic styling with rich ornamentation and refined forms. Every decorative component is hand-made through traditional artistic forging at the forge and anvil, giving each detail an individual, carefully crafted finish.
The gate receives a two-stage protective treatment for long-term weather and corrosion resistance:
- Hot-dip galvanising: The complete assembly is immersed in a hot zinc bath. A durable metallic protective layer bonds with the steel to provide lasting rust resistance, including where the outer coating suffers mechanical damage.
- Powder coating: Powder paint is applied and cured in an oven to form an even, smooth, durable finish resistant to scratching, UV radiation and extreme temperatures. A broad RAL colour range is available.
Together, these treatments preserve an attractive appearance and lasting durability while reducing maintenance needs.

Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
