Form and character

About this project

Design features:

  • Style: Classic with subtle Rococo-inspired ornamentation, including hand-shaped volutes, rosettes and pointed finials.
  • Construction: A sturdy double-leaf steel structure with precisely integrated decorative components for durability and stability.
  • Craftsmanship: Traditional hand forging at the anvil and forge, with each detail carefully shaped by skilled craftspeople.

Technical details and protection:

  • Corrosion protection: Full-immersion hot-dip galvanising covers the steel with a durable iron-zinc alloy layer for lasting resistance to corrosion, abrasion and changing weather.
  • Surface finish: Professional powder coating cured at high temperature resists mechanical damage, UV radiation and chemicals, helping retain an attractive appearance over many years.
  • Installation: The gate mounts on mechanical or chemical anchors. On-site welding is avoided to preserve the zinc and powder coatings and limit local corrosion.

Configuration options:

  • Versions: The shown model is a double-leaf swing gate. A sliding version can be made to suit the site and its space requirements.
  • Customisation: We can work from the customer’s technical documentation or adapt existing patterns to the intended architectural design.

Material and craftsmanship

Construction details

Hand-forged steel

Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.

Surface protection

Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.

Automation-ready design

Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).

Structural fixing

High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.

What determines the price?

The price depends on the clear opening dimensions, material thickness and infill density, ground profile, opening mechanism and selected automation system.
