About this project
This driveway swing gate reflects traditional blacksmithing. Quality steel and hand-forged components create a classic design dominated by botanical and leaf motifs, giving the gate an elegant, light appearance.
The manufacturing process includes:
- Traditional anvil and forge work: Skilled blacksmiths hand-shape every decorative and structural component for individual character and sturdy construction.
- Hot-dip galvanising: The complete assembly is galvanised to PN-EN ISO 1461, forming a thick, even zinc coating for lasting corrosion protection and weather resistance.
- Powder coating: After galvanising, the gate is powder coated in specialist booths. The finish resists mechanical damage and UV radiation and adds another corrosion barrier. The colour can be selected to suit individual preferences.
The gate mounts on stable masonry or steel posts and can be adapted for gate automation. Precise installation avoids on-site welding to help prevent local corrosion at mounting points.

Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
