About this project
This wrought garden gate combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary expectations of strength. Classic blacksmithing ornamentation features balanced scrolls and fine details, giving the structure an elegant, light appearance.
Production begins with traditional hand forging. Each component is formed using the anvil and forge, creating the individual character and sturdy finish of handcrafted work. Precise shaping highlights the natural qualities of the metal.
For corrosion protection, the gate receives hot-dip galvanising. Immersion in liquid zinc forms a durable protective layer for lasting resistance to rust and weather exposure.
Powder coating provides the final appearance and an additional protective layer. The powders resist abrasion, UV radiation and mechanical damage, helping preserve the colour and simplify maintenance.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
