About this project
This wrought garden gate with ornamental scrollwork combines durability with a refined garden feature. Its classic form and intricate scroll details suit traditional settings in private gardens and heritage grounds.
Production follows traditional artistic blacksmithing. Each component is heated in a forge and hand-shaped on an anvil, creating individual details, strength and a carefully crafted finish.
The gate receives a two-stage protective treatment for long-term weather and corrosion resistance:
- Hot-dip galvanising: Immersion in molten zinc forms a thick, even protective layer for lasting rust protection.
- Powder coating: Powder paint is applied to the galvanised surface and thermally cured. It provides the selected colour and an additional protective barrier resistant to scratching and UV radiation.
The gate is fitted to its supporting posts using expansion fixings, chemical anchors or metal anchors. Installation avoids on-site welding, helping prevent local corrosion and preserve the protective coating for stable, long-term use.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
