About this project
This wrought pedestrian gate has a classic artisanal style with precisely crafted decoration. An elegant arched top complements vertical bars adorned with hand-forged spirals, interlaced details and stylised finials.
Each component is made by traditional hand forging. The anvil and forge are used to hand-shape the steel after heating. This produces individual, precise details. The process gives the components mechanical strength and durability.
Hot-dip galvanising provides lasting corrosion protection. The coating follows EN ISO 1461. A durable zinc coating protects the steel against rust. This protects the steel from weather exposure and extends service life.
Powder coating provides an attractive final finish. Powder paint is applied. It forms an even, smooth coating. The finish resists scratching, UV radiation, mechanical damage. The finish also helps retain the colour over time.

Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
