About this project
This pedestrian gate showcases artistic blacksmithing with rich nature-inspired ornamentation. Intricate forged vine shoots, leaves and stylised flowers form a balanced, flowing composition.
Technical features:
- Each component is made by traditional hand forging. The anvil and forge are used to hand-shape the steel after heating. This produces individual, precise details. The process gives the components mechanical strength and durability.
- Hot-dip galvanising provides lasting corrosion protection. The coating follows PN-EN ISO 1461. A durable zinc coating protects the steel against rust.
- Powder coating provides an attractive final finish. Powder paint is applied. The finish resists changing weather, mechanical damage. The finish highlights the forged details.
- Design: Art Nouveau influences and classic botanical ornamentation, with grapevine and flower motifs.

Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
