About this project
This wrought steel pedestrian gate has a sturdy frame and grapevine ornamental infill. Carefully crafted leaves and bunches of grapes form the central decoration.
Decorative and structural components are made using traditional artistic blacksmithing. Hot forging at the anvil and forge shapes the steel into individual textures and details.
The complete assembly receives hot-dip galvanising to PN-EN ISO 1461. The zinc coating provides comprehensive corrosion protection, improves weather resistance and extends service life.
Powder coating supplies the final finish. It creates an even, durable coating resistant to abrasion, UV radiation and mechanical damage, available in the full RAL colour range.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
