About this project
This wrought sliding gate combines traditional craftsmanship with modern protective treatments. Classic styling is enriched with botanical ornamentation for a refined, timeless appearance. Pointed finials top the vertical bars, while flowing organic lines fill the main decorative panel within a sturdy frame.
Traditional hand forging gives the gate durability and individual character. Each decorative and structural component is shaped on the anvil from quality steel heated in the forge, creating precise details and mechanical strength.
The first stage of the protective system is hot-dip galvanising. Immersion of the complete assembly in molten zinc creates metallurgically bonded zinc coatings for lasting corrosion resistance in demanding weather.
Powder coating follows galvanising. Powder paint is applied electrostatically and cured in an oven, forming an even coating resistant to mechanical damage and UV radiation. It adds an attractive appearance and further protection while helping retain colour and texture over time.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
