About this project
This forged garden gazebo with timber panels is designed for distinguished outdoor settings, including private gardens, manor houses and hotel grounds.
Each steel component is hand-shaped by traditional forging at the anvil and hearth for precise individual details and a sturdy structure. Forged scrolls and botanical motifs such as climbing roses or ivy integrate with the timber panels in a coherent composition.
The steel receives two surface treatments for durability, corrosion protection and outdoor exposure:
- Hot-dip galvanising: Immersion in molten zinc creates a durable protective barrier against corrosion.
- Powder coating: Electrostatic powder application and heat curing provide an even decorative finish resistant to mechanical wear, UV and changing weather. Patination of decorative details is included at no extra charge.
Made to individual order, with dimensions, form and stylistic details adapted to the project. Standard reference dimensions are 2880x2880 mm.
