About this project
This forged letterbox with a classic ornament has traditional styling for classic and rustic architecture. It measures 460 mm high, 390 mm wide and 105 mm deep, with a total weight of 5.00 kg.
Manufacture uses traditional artistic blacksmithing. Each steel component is hand-formed on the anvil with heat from the forge hearth, creating an individual character and durable construction.
Hot-dip galvanising protects the letterbox against corrosion. Immersion in molten zinc creates a durable barrier against rust and weather for outdoor use.
Powder coating provides the final finish. Electrically charged powder particles are applied to the metal and heat-cured to create a smooth decorative surface resistant to scratches and UV.
We also make forged components and steel products to individual order, adapting them to the project specifications.
