About this project
This classic forged fence panel with grapevine ornament combines decorative detail with a solid structure. The symmetrical composition centres on realistic leaves and bunches of grapes, framed by carefully curved scrolls.
The panel is made using traditional blacksmithing techniques:
- Hand forging: Experienced blacksmiths shape each element at the forge and anvil, giving the welded and formed steel its individual character and strength.
- Hot-dip galvanising: The complete panel is immersed in molten zinc. A protective zinc layer forms a durable metallurgical bond with the steel and provides long-term resistance to corrosion.
- Powder coating: The powder-coated finish gives an even appearance and an additional protective barrier. A wide RAL colour range allows it to suit the setting, while the coating resists UV radiation, mechanical damage and changing weather.
The panels are bolted to the posts without on-site welding. This reduces the risk of corrosion caused by damage to the coating during installation and helps preserve the fence’s appearance and durability.

Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
