Form and character

About this project

This wrought-iron fence has clean, minimalist lines and repeated geometric curves. Its contemporary appearance defines the property boundary while complementing modern architecture.

Production uses traditional artistic blacksmithing, with every component shaped by hand. At the forge and anvil, steel is heated and worked to form sections and details precisely to the design. This gives each panel a distinctive, durable construction.

For long-term corrosion protection, all fence components receive a two-stage protective finish:

  • Hot-dip galvanising: The metal components are immersed in heated zinc, which forms a durable, bonded protective coating across the surface. This protects steel against rust, including in demanding weather.
  • Powder coating: After galvanising, electrostatically charged powder paint is applied and cured in an oven at a high temperature. It produces a smooth coating resistant to mechanical damage and UV radiation in the selected RAL colour.

These finishes support a lasting appearance and function while reducing maintenance needs.

From concept to installation

Material and craftsmanship

Construction details

Hand-forged steel

Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.

Surface protection

Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.

Automation-ready design

Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).

Structural fixing

High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
