About this project
The decorative Vine collection fencing system combines traditional artistic blacksmithing with the rich organic forms of Art Nouveau. Designed for distinguished residential projects, it makes forged details part of the landscape architecture.
Construction and craftsmanship:
- Hand forging: Each vine leaf, flowing stem and grape detail is individually hot-formed at the forge hearth, giving each panel its own texture.
- Organic composition: Flowing arched frame lines complement densely intertwined branches inspired by the natural growth of wild vines.
- Substantial supporting structure: Fence and gate frames made from thick-walled steel sections and rigid solid bars.
- Fittings: Adjustable high-capacity pintle hinges and an integrated mortice lock with a precise locking mechanism.
Corrosion protection and surface finish:
For outdoor protection, the steel is hot-dip galvanised in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461. The final finish is powder coating with polyester paint in deep semi-matt black, resistant to UV and mechanical wear.

Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
