About this project
These forged fence panels are made using traditional blacksmithing methods. Each component, including the decorative details, is shaped by hand at the forge and anvil. The process gives the steel structure its individual character and mechanical strength.
All steel components are hot-dip galvanised for long-term corrosion protection. The zinc coating forms a protective barrier against moisture and weathering, helping extend the service life of the fence.
The surface is finished by powder coating, which creates an even, durable and decorative finish. The coating is highly resistant to:
- Mechanical damage
- UV radiation
- Changing weather
Paint in the chosen RAL colour is applied electrostatically and then heat cured for a lasting finish. Panels are fitted with anchors, without welding at the installation site, to protect the coatings and reduce the risk of corrosion at the joints.

Construction details
Hand-forged steel
Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
