About this project
This forged steel fence panel has an elegant, timeless ornamental style. Vertical bars, carefully curved scrolls and decorative details express traditional artistic craftsmanship.
The manufacturing process includes:
- Traditional forging: Hand-forged by experienced blacksmiths using a forge and anvil. This method shapes steel into distinctive forms and gives each detail an individual crafted character.
- Hot-dip galvanising: The complete panel is immersed in molten zinc. The specified minimum zinc coating thickness of 80 micrometres provides durable corrosion protection and reduces the need for frequent maintenance.
- Powder coating: After galvanising, the surface is carefully prepared and coated with powder paint. It forms a smooth, even finish in the chosen RAL colour, adding protection against weathering and mechanical damage.
Panels are fitted to posts mechanically using anchors, without on-site welding. This helps prevent corrosion at the joints and preserves the integrity of the protective coatings.

Certified weldable S235JR / C45 steel. Traditional forge forming and precise fitting of components.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising (PN-EN ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 µm) plus electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in your chosen RAL colour.
Automation-ready design
Reinforced structural sections and pre-installed conduits for drive systems from leading brands (FAAC, Nice, Somfy).
Structural fixing
High-load chemical anchors. No welding on site preserves the intact galvanised coating.
